Payments.

To book a tee off time/opens entry/buggy hire via our website, you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using Sage Pay's on-line payment process. Your card will be charged with the full amount for your booking fees. All online payments require CVV2/CVC2 verification.

Upon arrival at the club, please report to the Pro shop before playing your round

Society Bookings
=============

A deposit of £5/player is required at the time of your making your on line booking for your society.

Upon your arrival at the club, please report to the Pro shop and pay the remaining balance before you play.

Cancellation Policy
==============

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact the Secretary quoting your reference number and details of your booking etc.

If you cancel your bookings more than 4 weeks before your chosen date, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee or an alternative date could be mutually agreed.

If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before your date of play, we will refund 50% of your booking fees

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
=======================

If you fail to cancel your booking, none of the booking fees will be refunded.

Course Closed
===========

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or an alternative date will be agreed between both parties.

Booking Transferable
===============

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

On Arrival
=======

Please report to the Pro shop.

Handicaps
========

There is no prerequisite for handicap certificates for normal play.

Dress Code
=========

Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course socks must be worn with golf shoes

Clubhouse
========

Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse.

Course
======

Golf shoes only, soft spikes. No trainers

Catering
======

Payments for catering for Golf Societies or Henlle Opens may be made, where food and beverage is included in the package, on all other occasions please pay for food and drink at the Bar when ordering.

Privacy Policy
